Grams & Greens is a static website. We don't have accounts and don't collect personal information through forms.
Stored on your device
In your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device: your preferred measurement units (US or metric), the recipes you save to my week, and your answer to the analytics banner.
In cookies: nothing at all, unless you press Accept in the analytics banner. Then Google Analytics sets its _ga cookies, described under Analytics below.
Analytics
Two systems, and they are treated differently because only one of them can store anything on your device.
Cloudflare Web Analytics runs on every page. It records page views, referrers and rough device type, and it is cookieless — it sets nothing in your browser, stores no identifier, and does not follow you between sites or visits. It needs no consent, so it is not covered by the banner.
Google Analytics (GA4) returned on October 7, 2026, after being removed on September 20. It runs under Google's Consent Mode with analytics storage denied by default, which means that until you press Accept in the banner, the tag writes no cookie and stores no identifier — it sends an anonymous, cookieless page-view ping instead. Press Accept and it sets its usual _ga cookies to recognise a returning browser, for up to two years. Press Decline and nothing is stored. Either answer is remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, so we do not need to store anything to remember that you said no.
What GA4 receives in both cases: the page you viewed, the referring page, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. We send it no names, email addresses, or anything you type. Your IP address reaches Google as part of any such request; Google's handling of it is covered by their privacy policy. We have ad personalisation and ad data sharing switched off.
You can change your mind at any time:
This clears the stored answer and shows the banner again. Clearing your browser's site data for gramsgreens.com has the same effect, and also removes any _ga cookies already set.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages at gramsgreens.com. Cloudflare may process standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Advertising
We don't currently show ads. If we add them, this page will be updated first to name the ad partners and explain their cookies, along with a consent option where required.
Fonts
Fonts are served from this site, not from Google Fonts. No request for a font file leaves for a third-party server, so no third party receives your IP address because of them.
What this site does not do
No accounts, no newsletter, no comments, no ad network, no social widgets, no fingerprinting, and nothing sold or shared with data brokers. Your saved recipes, unit preference and analytics choice live in your own browser and are never sent to us.
